Refund & Guarantee Policy
Effective Date: 28th March 2025


1. Overview
This Refund & Guarantee Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued and the commitments made by Letphil (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in relation to our coaching and digital education services (“the Program”).

By enrolling in the Program, you (“the Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to abide by the terms set forth in this policy.


2. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access to proprietary content, coaching, and resources provided upon enrollment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of participation, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason once the Program has begun unless you meet the following conditions:

Our coaching programs require commitment and participation. Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Refund Request Window: You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase/enrollment only if you have completed the required onboarding materials and submit proof that you've implemented the program without results.

  • Proof of Effort: To be eligible, you must provide completed assignments or action steps that demonstrate you’ve engaged with the material.

  • No Refunds After 7 Days: After the 7-day window, no refunds will be granted for any reason, including lack of time, commitment, or results.


3. Guarantee
We are committed to your success. As part of our Program, we provide the following guarantee:

We will support you in building your custom app and securing a minimum of five (5) job interviews. In the event that these outcomes are not achieved, and you have met the participation requirements outlined in Section 4, we will continue working with you at no additional cost until both milestones are met.

This guarantee does not entitle you to a refund, but rather to continued support until the stated outcomes are achieved.


4. Client Obligations (Eligibility for Guarantee)
To remain eligible for continued support under our guarantee, the Client must:

  • Attend all scheduled coaching sessions or provide timely notice of absence.

  • Complete all assigned modules, technical exercises, and milestones.

  • Actively apply to job opportunities using the strategies and materials provided.

  • Communicate consistently with the coaching team and respond to outreach in a timely manner.

  • Maintain good standing on any payment plan.

Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in forfeiture of the guarantee and/or removal from the Program.


5. Payment Plans
Clients who enroll using a payment plan are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Non-payment, failed charges, or unauthorized cancellations may result in suspension or termination of access to the Program and forfeiture of the guarantee.


6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected events may occur. In cases of verified personal emergencies or extraordinary circumstances, Clients may submit a written request for consideration to [support email]. Any accommodations or exceptions made are at the sole discretion of the Company.


7. Modifications
This policy is subject to change without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your enrollment will apply to your participation.
